Penelope Dale Kinsella (born 14 August 1963) is a New Zealand formercricketer who played as a right-handedbatter. She appeared in 6Test matches and 20One Day Internationals forNew Zealand between 1988 and 1995. She played domestic cricket forCentral Districts andWellington.[1][2]

In 1992–93 she scored the highest aggregate ever made by a Wellington club cricketer in one season, 1259 runs.[3] The Penny Kinsella Trophy is awarded to the Wellington U19 Women's Most Valuable Player.[4]

She is a teacher atOnslow College in Wellington.[5] Her father is former cricket umpireDavid Kinsella.[6]
