ThePeasant Group of Popular Councils[a] was aleft-wing political party in theRepublic of Central Lithuania.[1] It was formed in 1922, by breaking off from thePopular Councils during the government cadency, and held seven seats in theSejm of Central Lithuania. It supported theagrarianism andagrarian socialism. Its leader wasAdam Uziembło.[1][2]
