Paulo César Vieira Rosa (born 28 September 1963), known asPaulinho McLaren or simplyPaulinho, is a Brazilianfootballmanager and former player who played as aforward.[1] He is currently under contract withSão Caetano.
Paulinho, who was born inIgaraçu do Tietê,Brazil, was top scorer for the1991 Brazilian Serie A with 15 goals, while he played forSantos FC, and in1994, he was the top scorer in theBrazil Cup with 6 goals, while he played forInternacional. In 1999, he retired, after playing forSanta Cruz.
He got the nickname McLaren in 1991, when he celebrated a goal after Formula 1 driverAyrton Senna, who was driving forMcLaren at the time.[2]
