Pasembur (Northern Malay:Pasemboq;Jawi: ڤسمبور) is aMalaysiansalad consisting of shredded cucumber, potatoes,bean curd,turnip,bean sprouts,prawns,fritters, spicy friedcrab, friedsquid or other seafood, and dressed with a sweet and spicy nut sauce.

The termpasembur is peculiar to northernPeninsular Malaysia, especially the state ofPenang. In other parts of the country, the termrojak mamak is commonly used.[1]
