Parklawn is acensus-designated place (CDP) inStanislaus County,California.[2] Parklawn sits at an elevation of 92 feet (28 m).[2] The 2020 United States census reported Parklawn's population was 1,249.
According to theUnited States Census Bureau, the CDP covers an area of 0.13 square miles (0.35 km2), all of it land.[1]

The2020 United States census reported that Parklawn had a population of 1,249. The population density was 9,391.0 inhabitants per square mile (3,625.9/km2). The racial makeup of Parklawn was 302 (24.2%)White, 5 (0.4%)African American, 20 (1.6%)Native American, 10 (0.8%)Asian, 0 (0.0%)Pacific Islander, 759 (60.8%) fromother races, and 153 (12.2%) from two or more races.Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1,077 persons (86.2%).[6]
The census reported that 1,233 people (98.7% of the population) lived in households, 16 (1.3%) lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and no one was institutionalized.[6]
There were 328 households, out of which 151 (46.0%) had children under the age of 18 living in them, 148 (45.1%) were married-couple households, 34 (10.4%) werecohabiting couple households, 68 (20.7%) had a female householder with no partner present, and 78 (23.8%) had a male householder with no partner present. 57 households (17.4%) were one person, and 14 (4.3%) were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 3.76.[6] There were 256families (78.0% of all households).[7]
The age distribution was 373 people (29.9%) under the age of 18, 149 people (11.9%) aged 18 to 24, 339 people (27.1%) aged 25 to 44, 258 people (20.7%) aged 45 to 64, and 130 people (10.4%) who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 32.0 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.3 males.[6]
