Paris Bowdler (born 24 November 2004)[1] is an Australiancricketer who currently plays forAustralian Capital Territory. She plays as awicket-keeper and right-handedbatter. She has previously played forMelbourne Renegades.[2][3]
In October 2022, Bowdler was called up to theMelbourne Renegades squad in theWomen's Big Bash League as a replacement for injured wicket-keeperJosie Dooley. She had already impressed the Renegades set-up by reaching the final ofRenegades Recruit earlier in 2022, a program that aimed to uncover upcoming cricket talent in Victoria.[4] She made her debut for the side on 30 October 2022, againstSydney Sixers, in which she kept wicket and scored 2*.[5]
In December 2022, Bowdler was selected in theAustralia Under-19 squad for the2023 ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup.[6] She went on to play two matches at the tournament.[7]
