Paolo Catalano (born 27 February 1964 inTripoli) is a retiredItalian sprinter who specialized in the200 metres, that won two medals with thenational relay team at theInternational athletics competitions.[1]
He finished seventh in4 × 100 m relay at the1987 World Championships, with teammatesEzio Madonia,Domenico Gorla andPierfrancesco Pavoni. He also competed at the World Indoor Championships in1989 and1991 without reaching the final.
His personal best 200 metres time was 20.99 seconds, achieved in February 1989 inTurin.[2] His personal best100 metres time was 10.61 seconds, achieved in August 1990 inSestriere.[3]
