Panthrandu (transl. Twelve)[1] is a 2022 Indian Malayalam-languageaction drama film written and directed byLeo Thaddeus. The film starsVinayakan,Dev Mohan,Shine Tom Chacko andLal in important roles.[2][3][4][5]
The film began production in 2021.[8] During the press conference of the film when Vinayakan was asked about his #MeToo allegations, he said that he has never harmed any woman.[9][10][11]
The soundtrack features three songs composed byAlphons Joseph . The lyrics were written by Joe Paul, Hari Narayanan andSan Jaimt.

Vinod Nair ofThe Times of India wrote that "The film with its themes of friendship, family and love between brothers, amid the action thriller feel, makes it an entertainer for the family audience, as well".[13] Sarin S. Rajan ofMalayala Manorama called the film's flow slow but praised the visuals and strong screenplay.[14]
