ThePaint River is a 45.5-mile-long (73.2 km)[1] river in theU.S. state ofMichigan.
It is a tributary of theBrule River and flows throughGogebic andIron counties. Via the Brule River, it is part of theMenominee River watershed, flowing toLake Michigan.
The Paint River flows throughCrystal Falls, Michigan, and empties into the Brule River before its confluence with theMichigamme River to form the Menominee.
