The5.7 Rock is a semi-automatic pistol developed, manufactured, and sold byPalmetto State Armory.[2]
The gun uses a smooth single-action striker-fired trigger mechanism.[2] It is chambered for theFN 5.7×28mm cartridge and is characterized by its generally low recoil.
The frame is made out ofpolymer,[4] theslide andbarrel are made out of 416stainless steel[5] and themagazine is made out of black oxide alloysteel.[6]
PSA offers the barrel finished in several colors, it can be boughtthreaded and non-threaded.[7]
The standard magazine holds 23 rounds, 3 more than theFN Five-seven. It is also a competitor to theRuger-57, theM&P 5.7 and theTİSAŞ PX-5.7.[8][9]
