Oxymorphone-3-methoxynaltrexonazine (OM-3-MNZ) is amorphinan-basedopioid that acts as a selectiveμ-opioid receptor agonist, unlike the closely related mixed agonist-antagonist Oxymorphonenaltrexonazine.[1]
