Outnumbered (sometimes stylized asOut#) is an American daytime news andtalk show that airs weekdays onFox News at 12 p.m.ET. The program features hostsHarris Faulkner,Emily Compagno, andKayleigh McEnany, along with two daily guest panelists (one female and one male - who is hence "outnumbered"), where they discuss the news and issues of the day.[1] The program is occasionally partially pre-empted due to breaking news coverage.

On October 2, 2017, it was announced thatOutnumbered would be moved to Studio M, and the show would have an extended hour titledOutnumbered, Overtime with Harris Faulkner,[citation needed] but in May of 2024Outnumbered was again moved from Studio M to Studio B at1211 Avenue of the Americas (also known as the News Corp. Building), inNew York City.[citation needed]
On January 18, 2021,Outnumbered Overtime ended and was replaced byAmerica Reports. Harris Faulkner currently hostsThe Faulkner Focus, which airs beforeOutnumbered, at 11 a.m.ET.
