Oswald Charles Baker (1915–2004) was aSedevacantist Roman Catholic priest who lived inDownham Market inNorfolk.[1]
Baker received attention in 1975 when he insisted on continuing to say theTraditional Latin Mass instead of therecently revised liturgy.[2]
