TheOrlando Valkyries are a women's professionalindoor volleyball team based inOrlando, Florida, that competes in thePro Volleyball Federation (PVF). The Valkyries began play in the league's inaugural2024 season. The team plays their home games atAddition Financial Arena.
On May 24, 2023, Orlando was announced as the one of the cities to get aPro Volleyball Federation franchise for the league's inaugural season, owned by local businessman David Forman.[1] The Valkyries name, logo and colors were announced on August 17.[2]
