Orikum is a town and a former municipality inVlorë County, southwesternAlbania. With the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipalityVlorë.[1] It was named after the ancient cityOricum, which was located 4 km west of modern Orikum. The population at the 2011 census was 5,503.[2] The municipal unit consists of the town Orikum and the villages Dukat Fushë,Dukat,Tragjas andRadhimë.[3]
