Omar Maskati (born September 19, 1989) is an American actor known for his roles inBetter Call Saul andUnbelievable. He recently^[when?] starred inEvil Eye andThe Recruit.

Maskati was born and raised in Edison, New Jersey to aMuslim IndianMarathi father and aPuerto Rican mother.^[1] His father isMuslim and his mother isCatholic and he considered himself both Muslim and Catholic in high school.^[2] He graduated assalutatorian fromEdison High School in 2007.^[3] In 2011, he received a degree in engineering fromUniversity of Pennsylvania, where he also minored in theater arts and was a member of theMask and Wig Club.^[1] He chose acting as a career after graduation.^[4]
