Usage

In the Even language, this letter represents theclose-mid front rounded vowel/ø/ or thenear-close near-front rounded vowel/ʏ/.[1]

In the Khanty language, this letter represents theclose-mid central rounded vowel/ɵ/ or theopen-mid central rounded vowel/ɞ/.[citation needed]
