Obert is avillage inCedar County,Nebraska, United States. The population was 23 at the2020 census.[3]
Obert was established in 1907 when theChicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway was extended to that point.[6] It was named for a railroad official.[7]
According to theUnited States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.07 square miles (0.18 km2), all land.[8]

There were 16 housing units at an average density of 228.6 per square mile (88.3/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 100.0%White.
There were 12 households, of which 8.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.0% weremarried couples living together, 8.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.7% were non-families. 16.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.92 and the average family size was 2.10.
