) is a letter of theCyrillic script. It was used inMstislav Aleksandrovich Kulayev'sBashkir alphabet.[1] Its form was derived from theCyrillic letter O with the addition of a left notch. This letter is similar to the Volapük letter Oe, but it has not been added into Unicode as a character.

It is possible to use similar characters as a replacement such as theVolapükLatin letterꞝ or thehistoric IPA symbolʚ (not to be confused with the currently usedIPA symbolɞ).
