OEMServicesSAS (formerlySAVE GIE), orOEMS for short, is a French company involved in the maintenance, repair, overhaul, logistics and customer support of commercial aircraft.[5][6] It is ajoint venture between aerospace giantsSafran,Thales,Diehl andLiebherr, acting as theirAOG andMRO subsidiary for Aircraft Component Maintenance and spillover support.[7]
The company was established in 2009 withZodiac Aerospace,Thales Group,Diehl Aerospace andLiebherr Aerospace each owning 25%. Zodiac Aerospace was purchased outright by Safran in 2018.[8] The purchase ofZodiac Aerospace by theSafran Group made OEMServices part of the newSafranconglomerate.
OEMServices, being the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul front office for its 4 Parent Companies, is considered a services provider. Its primary service is concentrated in theaircraft maintenance,AOG Desk Support Reliability & Performance Monitoring, as well as the Inventory & Pool Access sub-categories of the aviation industry.[9][10]
As a direct competitor ofLufthansa's MRO Subsidiary,Lufthansa Technik,Airbus FHS, andAir France-KLM's Engineering & MRO branch, OEMServices offers airlines maintenance onRepair-by-the-Hour, Time & Material and Flat Rate basis. It has exclusive contracts with bothlegacy carriers andlow-cost carriers.

As of 2021, OEMServices has an ongoing development of itspredictive maintenance capabilities.[28]
OEMServices is as of 2022 capable of providing worldwide services. While growing in France, transferring its operations fromOrly Airport toParisRoissy CDG, OEMServices has also established subsidiairies overseas, having set up capabilities inPiscataway (NJ) then inAtlanta (GA) in 2017,[29] inSingapore in 2019 and an office inDubai via its parent companyLiebherr.[30] As of 2021, OEMServices has set up facilities inShanghai,China.
