Noramimi (のらみみ) is a Japanesemanga series written and illustrated byKazuo Hara. Written and illustrated byKazuo Hara,Noramimi was serialized inShogakukan'sMonthly Ikki[a] from December 25, 2002,[3] to August 25, 2009.[4][5] An additional chapter was published on October 24, 2009.[6] Shogakukan collected its chapters in eighttankōbon volumes, released from November 29, 2003,[7] to October 30, 2009.[8]

Anime

An anime television series adaptation was announced byMonthly Ikki in July 2007.[9] It was produced byTMS Entertainment and the first season was broadcast for 12 episodes onCBC,TBS andTokyo MX from January 9 to March 26, 2008. The second season was broadcast for 12 episodes from October 1 to December 17, 2008.[10]

Reception

The anime series adaptation was one of the Jury Recommended Works at the 12thJapan Media Arts Festival in 2008.[11]
