Nkonya is a town in theOti Region ofGhana. As a state, it consists of nine towns namely Ahenkro, Asakyiri, Betenase,Kadjebi, Ntsumuru, Ntumda, Tayi, Tepo and Wurupong. The town is known for theNkonya Senior High School.[1][2] The school is asecond cycle institution.[3]
The language spoken in the town and the area is theNkonya language.
