Nika Gagnidze (Georgian:ნიკა გაგნიძე; born 20 March 2001) is a Georgianfootballer who plays as amidfielder forUkrainian Premier League clubKolos Kovalivka and theGeorgia national team.
A youth product ofDila since the age of 16, Gagnidze was promoted to their senior team in 2018 and became a mainstay in the squad. His performance was recognized during the2021 season: Gagnidze was named Player of Phase 4 of the season, which comprised the last nine matches,[1] and selected among besteleven players of the league.[2]
On 15 March 2022, he extended his contract with Dila.[3] On 20 July 2022, Gagnidze transferred toÜmraniyespor as they were newly promoted to theSüper Lig.[4] He made his professional debut with Ümraniyespor in a 1–0 Süper Lig loss toAntalyaspor on 14 August 2022.[5]
In December 2022, Gagnidze returned toDila Gori as the team captain.[6]
In April 2024, theErovnuli Liga named Gagnidze the best player of part 1 of the season in which he scored once and provided five assists.[7]
On 11 July 2024,Ukrainian clubKolos announced the signing of Gagnidze.[8]
Gagnidze was a youth international for Georgia, having played for theGeorgia U19s andU21s. As a U21 squad member, he was called up for the2023 UEFA European Championship.[9] After playing full time in a 2–0 win overPortugal, he sustained an injury in the next game againstNetherlands, requiring treatment for more than six weeks.[10]
In June 2025, Gagnidze was called up to thenational team for a friendly tie againstFaroe Islands. He played the match in full.[11]
