
Ngapyaw baung (Burmese:ငှက်ပျောပေါင်း;pronounced[ŋəpjɔ́páʊɴ]; also transliterated asNgapyaw paung,lit. 'banana pudding') is a traditional Burmese dessert ormont.[1] The dessert is a pudding cooked using freshbananas stewed in milk,coconut milk and sugar, then sprinkled withsesame seeds orpoppy seeds.
