American legislative district
New York's 148th State Assembly district is one of the 150 districts in theNew York State Assembly. It has been represented by former CongressmanJoe Sempolinski since 2025, succeedingJoseph Giglio.
District 148 contains all ofAllegany andCattaraugus counties and portions ofSteuben County.[1]
The district is entirely withinNew York's 23rd congressional district, and overlaps the57th and58th districts of theNew York State Senate.
