New York's 13th congressional district is acongressional district for theUnited States House of Representatives in New York City, represented byAdriano Espaillat.
The 13th district comprisesUpper Manhattan and parts of theWest Bronx. It includesThe Bronx neighborhoods ofBedford Park,Jerome Park,Kingsbridge Heights, parts ofNorwood, and parts ofFordham,Kingsbridge,Morris Heights, andUniversity Heights, and theManhattan neighborhoods ofHarlem,Inwood,Marble Hill,Spanish Harlem,Washington Heights, and parts ofMorningside Heights and theUpper West Side. TheApollo Theater andGrant's Tomb are within the district. In 2010 it was the smallest congressional district in the United States House of Representatives by Area, replaced byNew York's 12th congressional district in 2020.
