New Guntur railway station (station code:NGNT[1]), is located at Nehru Nagar area of the city ofGuntur in the Indian state ofAndhra Pradesh. It is under the administration ofGuntur railway division ofSouth Central Railway zone.[2] It is the second railway station, alongside the main station ofGuntur in the city.[3]
It is classified as anE–category station and is administered underGuntur railway division ofSouth Central Railway zone. It is located onKrishna Canal–Guntur section and also categorised as anAdarsh station of the division.[4]
