Nenagh M. Kemp is a psychologist with theUniversity of Tasmania. She is a specialist in the acquisition, development and use of spoken and written language. She is the associate editor for theJournal of Research in Reading and forReading and Writing. She is a member of the editorial board ofScientific Studies of Reading.[1][2]
She has carried out research into the effect oftext messaging on literacy about which she jointly wrote a book that was published in 2014.[3][4][5]
