Neema Parvini, also known asAcademic Agent,[1] is a British academic, writer, andYouTuber. He is currently a senior fellow at the Centre of Heterodox Studies at theUniversity of Buckingham.[3] He has worked atRichmond American University London,[4]Brunel University of London,[5]Royal Holloway, and theUniversity of Surrey.

He was trained as a literature scholar, and his books onWilliam Shakespeare mainly discuss the influence ofnew historicism, cognitive approaches to Shakespeare studies, and ethical thinking in Shakespeare's works. He has written for the online magazineQuillette[6] and theLudwig von Mises Institute,[7] and has spoken at the think tankTraditional Britain.[8] Parvini is a member of theHeterodox Academy and theEvolution Institute, and attended the Battle of Ideas event run by theInstitute of Art and Ideas.[9] He is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Heterodox Social Science.[10]

InBournbrook Magazine, Alexander Adams describes Parvini's bookThe Populist Delusion as "an informative, succinctly-written and accessible handbook for those who wish to understand the core principles of elite theory discussed by reactionaries and the dissident right".[11]

In 2024 the anti-racist groupHope not Hate described his views as "extreme" in nature.[12][13] In 2025 Hope not Hate described him further as "a disgraced academic who has called black people 'impulsive and low IQ' and said he has spoken admiringly of the Nazi Brownshirts"[14]. The group also states that he has "a large international following" and "has spoken at a range of conferences. These included theTraditional Britain Group in 2022 and 2023, Nomos in London alongside Colin Robertson (AKAMillennial Woes), and Scyldings alongsideCarl Benjamin (AKA Sargon of Akkad) andCurtis Yarvin."
