TheNational Indoor BMX Arena is an indoorBMX racing facility, located inSportcity,Manchester,United Kingdom. The arena was designed by Ellis Williams Architects and built by contractorsSir Robert McAlpine.[1] It is situated next to theManchester Velodrome and the buildings share a common entrance as part of theNational Cycling Centre. The arena cost £24 million to construct, seats 2,000 spectators and was opened in 2011. It is home toBritish Cycling’s BMX programme, which has produced world championsShanaze Reade andLiam Phillips and Olympic championsBeth Shriever andCharlotte Worthington.[2][3]

The arena hosted the first round of the2013 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup.[4]
