National Highway 565 (NH 565), is anational highway inIndia, which was formed as a new National Highway by up-gradation and passes through the state ofAndhra Pradesh. It starts atNakrekal ofTelangana and ends atYerpedu ofAndhra Pradesh.[1][2]
New Alignment of this National Highway 565, was Opened to traffic between Chunchuluru to Rapur through Penchelakona Forest.
It starts at junction ofNational Highway 65Nakrekal and passes throughNalgonda on theNagarjuna Sagar road untilTelangana border and then throughMacherla,Yerragondapalem,Markapur,Chinarikatla junction (PODILI),Kanigiri,Pamur,Duttalur,Penchalakona,Rapur, andVenkatagiri before terminating atNational Highway 71 atYerpedu inAndhra Pradesh.[3][4]

NHAI has taken up widening of this highway into two lane with paved shoulders throughout the stretch. Widening works were expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
