Natalya Viktorovna Nazarova (Russian:Наталья Викторовна Назарова, born May 26, 1979,Moscow) is atrack and fieldsprinter.
She was born inMoscow. Following a personal best time of 49.65 seconds run a fortnight earlier, Natalya had lost form by the start of the2004 Summer Olympics inAthens,Greece, and only just made the final finishing 8th. She won a silver medal in the relay run and finished fourth at the 2003World Championships.
On January 8, 2004 Natalya Nazarova broke the sixteen-year-old indoorworld record for the rarely run500 metres in a time of 1:07.36, that had been set byOlga Nazarova (no relation).
