Nam kaeng hua chai thao (Thai:น้ำแกงหัวไชเท้า) is aThai-Chineseradish soup, traditionally served withkhao man kai ("chicken steamed rice"), and also often served withkhao mok (Thaibiryani),khao na pet (roast duck on rice),khao mu daeng (Thaichar siu on rice). Different regions ofThailand tend to have different variations of thesoup.
