Najjanankumbi is an area in theLubaga Division of Uganda, on the southern edge of the city ofKampala.
Najjanankumbi is located on the southern edge of the city of Kampala.[1]
It is bordered byKibuye to the north, Lukuli to the east,Makindye to the southeast,Lubowa to the south, Kabowa to the west, andNdeeba to the northwest. This location is approximately 5 kilometres (3.1 mi), by road, south of the central business district of Kampala.[1]
Najjanankumbi is a residential and business location. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and small one to two roomed rental residencies are in Najjanankumbi. TheForum for Democratic Change, the main Ugandan opposition political party, maintains theirheadquarters at Najjanankumbi.[2]
