TheNXT Women's North American Championship is awomen's professional wrestlingchampionship created and promoted by theAmericanpromotionWWE. It is the secondary women's championship of the company'sdevelopment brand,NXT. Established on April 6, 2024, it was the first secondary women's championship in company history and the inaugural champion wasKelani Jordan. The current champion isBlake Monroe, who is in her first reign. She won the title by defeatingZaria, who defended the title on behalf of an injuredSol Ruca, atHalloween Havoc on October 25, 2025.
AtStand & Deliver on April 6, 2024, theWrestleMania week event forWWE'sdevelopmental brandNXT, the NXT Women's North American Championship was announced by NXT General ManagerAva, subsequently marking the first secondary championship for women in company history.[1][2] During Week 2 of theSpring Breakin' special ofNXT on April 30, Ava announced that the inaugural champion would be crowned from a six-womanladder match atBattleground on June 9, 2024. To determine the participants, there was a combine, and the top 12 names that impressed competed in qualifying matches. The six winners of each qualifier then advanced to the ladder match.[3] On the May 7 episode ofNXT, Ava announced thatSol Ruca,Thea Hail,Jaida Parker,Brinley Reece,Michin (fromSmackDown),Fallon Henley,Lash Legend,Ivy Nile (fromRaw),Izzi Dame,Kelani Jordan,Tatum Paxley, andWren Sinclair advanced to the qualifiers.[4] Jordan, Ruca, Legend, Henley, Parker, and Michin advanced to the ladder match, which Jordan won to become the inaugural champion.[5]
The championship belt is nearly identical to itsmale counterpart albeit on a smaller white strap and has a red background as opposed to black, also featuring a small banner that says "Women's" right above the "North American" banner on its main plate. Like all of WWE's other championship belts, the two side plates feature a removable center section which can be customized with the champion's logos; the default side plates feature a horizontal NXT logo.[6]

As of November 24, 2025, there have been five reigns among five champions and one vacancy.Kelani Jordan was the inaugural champion.Sol Ruca has the longest reign at 189 days, whileStephanie Vaquer has the shortest at 45 days. Vaquer is the oldest title holder at 31, while Jordan is the youngest at 25 years, 231 days old.
Blake Monroe is the current champion in her first reign. She defeatedZaria, who defended the title on behalf of an injured Sol Ruca, atHalloween Havoc on October 25, 2025, inPrescott Valley, Arizona.[7]
