NGC 7797 is a Hubble-type SAb-SAcspiral galaxy that is located in theconstellation Pisces. It is estimated to be 400 millionlight-years from theMilky Way and has a diameter of about 115,000 light-years.[1][2] It was discovered by astronomerWilliam Herschel on December 6, 1790.[3]
