NGC 7056 is abarred spiral galaxy located about 225 millionlight-years away in theconstellation ofPegasus.[2][3] NGC 7056 was discovered by astronomerAlbert Marth on September 17, 1863. It was then rediscovered by astronomerTruman Henry Safford on September 29, 1866.[4]
