NGC 360 is aspiral galaxy located approximately 103 millionlight-years from theSolar System[2] in the constellationTucana. It was discovered on 2 November 1834 byJohn Herschel.Dreyer, creator of theNew General Catalogue described the object as "extremely faint, very much extended 145°, very little brighter middle."[4]
