Carlos Leonel Ramírez Carmona[1] (born August 2, 1993), better known by hisring nameMyzteziz Jr., is a Mexicanluchador enmascarado, ormaskedprofessional wrestler, previously known by thering nameAngelikal. He is signed toLucha Libre AAA Worldwide, where he is the formerAAA World Trios Champion.
He is a fourth-generation wrestler, grandnephew of El Húngaro and Tony Arellano, son of Apóstol Jr., older brother ofKomander andFlamita and cousin ofBandido,Gravity andMagia Blanca. Originally his real name was not a matter of public record as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico, however due to a possible kidnapping crime in which he is being implicated, he ended up having his real identity exposed by his ex-wife and mother of their son (who was supposedly kidnapped by Myzteziz Jr.).[2][1]
In 2012, Angelikal made his debut on the independent circuit teaming with Crossfire andStukita being defeated by Dark Side and the Toxic Couple (Epidemic and Heavy Boy).
In 2017 Anglikal began working part-time forLucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), initially working in the first or second match of the night teaming with Charly Madrid and Tigger to defeat Angel Mortal Jr., Canibal Jr. and Tiger Boy.[3] AtTriplemanía XXV, Angelikal teamed withEl Hijo del Vikingo and The Tigger to defeat Angel Mortal Jr., Tiger Boy andVillano III Jr. in the final ofLa Llave a la Gloria. That same night, he was named the winner of the tournament along with Ashley and El Hijo del Vikingo, but nevertheless, Director of Talent of AAAVampiro announced that the fourteen finalists would all receive a contract with the promotion.
On November 18, 2018, Angelikal teamed up with El Hijo del Vikingo andLaredo Kid to defeatEl Nuevo Poder del Norte (Carta Brava Jr.,Tito Santana andMocho Cota Jr.), that same night the trio demanded a match for theAAA World Trios Championship. In December, atGuerra de Titanes, before the fight for the titles,La Parka gave Angelikal a new mask and changed his name toMyzteziz Jr. Later, the trio defeatedEl Nuevo Poder del Norte to win theAAA World Trios Championship.[4] They would go on to be known asLos Jinetes del Aire (The Air Raiders). Prior toTriplemanía XXVIII, Laredo Kid vacated the AAA World Trios Championship in order to focus on his singles career following advice from La Parka and electedGolden Magic to replace him in the trio. At the event, the trio won the vacant AAA World Trios Championship in a three way match which includedEl Nuevo Poder del Norte andLas Fresas Salvajes (Pimpinela Escarlata, Mamba, andMáximo).[5] Later in the year, Golden Magic would change his gimmick to Octagon Jr.[6] At the 2019Guerra de Titanes, Myzteziz Jr. and El Hijo del Vikingo unsuccessfully challengedAAA World Tag Team ChampionsLucha Brothers (Fénix andPentagón Jr.) in a match that also includedAustralian Suicide andRey Horus.[7] On February 22, 2020,Los Jinetes del Aire successfully defended the AAA World Trios Championship againstLos Mercenarios (La Hiedra,Rey Escorpión andTaurus).[8] The trio made a second successful defence on the May 2 episode ofMajor League Wrestling'sFusion againstInjustice (Jordan Oliver, Kotto Brazil andMyron Reed).[9]
In the late summer of 2019 Myzteziz Jr. was one of the participants in the Mexican version of theExathlon sports reality show, Myzteziz Jr. was part of the "celebrity/athlete" Exathlon team, competing against a team of amateurs that was shown several days a week on the MexicanAzteca Uno television station.[10]
He was in a relationship with fellowluchadora enmascaradaKeyra until their contentious divorce in mid-2024.
On September 22, 2024, through social media Keyra accused her ex-husband of taking her 2-year-old son without her consent, because the wrestler was about to take her son back home, when she was informed that her son was no longer in the hospital after the blood donation where he was discharged. Shortly after, theAMBER Alert was activated to help locate the child, which has been widely shared by fans and fellow wrestlers. She also noted that her son is still in a delicate health condition and needs the care of his mother. In addition, due to the desperation for not making his whereabouts known, she has shared a photo of Myzteziz Jr.'s face in the hope that this will speed up his search.[1]
