Musaad Aruchi

Pakistani courier

Musaad Aruchi was a Pakistanicourier who worked in connection withal Qaeda before his capture in April 2004. Some of his files, secured when he was captured, led to the capture ofMuhammad Naeem Noor Khan, who was later released without charge.[1][2]

It was later determined that Aruchi was the nephew ofKhalid Sheikh Mohammed[3] and not a "senior member of theal Qaeda leadership" as previously reported.[2]

Human Rights Watch lists Aruchi as one ofdetainees in CIA custody.[4]
