Murray Silverstein

American poet

Murray Silverstein (born September 19, 1943) co-authored the booksA Pattern Language andThe Oregon Experiment.[1] At that time, he taughtarchitecture courses at theUniversity of California, and subsequently taught at theUniversity of Washington. He had also written several articles onpattern languages. As a young designer, he worked for noted California architectRichard Neutra.

In 2006, a collection of his poetry entitled "Any Old Wolf" was published bySixteen Rivers Press.[2]
