Mullaghglass (fromIrishan Mullach Glas, meaning 'the green hilltop';[1] also speltMullaglass) is a smallvillage andtownland north ofNewry inCounty Armagh,Northern Ireland. It was named after the nearbytownland of Mullaghglass, although the village itself is within the townland of Latt (fromIrishanLeacht).[2] In the2001 Census it had a population of 135. It is within theNewry and Mourne District Council area.
