Moxastine (also known asmephenhydramine) is anantihistamine andanticholinergic.[1]
It was developed in Czechoslovakia[2] and sold in hydrochloride form as an antihistamine (Alfadryl).
It is, with8-chlorotheophylline, a component of cocrystal/saltmoxastine teoclate (mephenhydrinate) used as antiemetic (Theadryl; Kinedryl (with caffeine)).
