TheMoving Forward Act (H.R. 2) was a bill introduced in the116th Congress. It was a $1.5 trillion infrastructure package that included money for roads, bridges, railways, school buildings, expansion ofbroadband internet access, and replacement oflead water pipes.[1][2] The bill also promoteselectric vehicles and incentivizes the development of renewable energy on public lands.[3][4] Other provisions in the bill attempt to modernize theUSPS, and create postal service vehicles that havezero emissions.[4] The bill also expands certainbonds andtax credits.[4]
