Mount Lorne is ahamlet inCanada'sYukon. The hamlet is considered a local advisory area with an advisory council providing local government.[1]

Mount Lorne is located just south ofWhitehorse, comprising rural residential areas along the SouthKlondike Highway, theAnnie Lake Road and connecting sideroads. It is part of the WhitehorseCensus Agglomeration. Eighty-seven per cent of the population is non-aboriginal.

In the2021 Census of Population conducted byStatistics Canada, Mt. Lorne had a population of468 living in222 of its246 total private dwellings, a change of7.1% from its 2016 population of437. With a land area of 159.23 km2 (61.48 sq mi), it had a population density of2.9/km2 (7.6/sq mi) in 2021.[8]
