Moulins-Engilbert (French pronunciation:[mulɛ̃ɑ̃ʒilbɛʁ]) is acommune in theNièvredepartment in centralFrance.[3] It is 10 km north ofSaint-Honoré-les-Bains.
The village is home to the museum for the history and breeding ofCharolais cattle.[4]
