Mouhcine Outalha (born 15 December 1998)[1] is a Moroccanlong-distance runner. He competed in the men's race at the2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland.[2]
He competed in thejunior men's race at the2017 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Kampala, Uganda.[3]
In 2019, herepresented Morocco at theAfrican Games held in Rabat, Morocco.[4] He competed in themen's 5000 metres and he finished in 13th place.[4]
