Morschwiller-le-Bas (French pronunciation:[mɔʁʃvilɛʁləba];German:Niedermorschweiler) is acommune located in theHaut-Rhindepartment ofAlsace in north-eastern France. It is a part of theMulhouse Alsace Agglomération, which serves as the inter-communal local government entity for theMulhouse conurbation.[3]
