Moon River Estates is ahamlet insouthern Alberta, Canada within theMunicipal District of Willow Creek No. 26[2] that was declared on October 17, 1984.[3] It is located 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) south ofHighway 3, approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) west ofLethbridge.
In the2021 Census of Population conducted byStatistics Canada, Moon River Estates had a population of 145 living in 56 of its 59 total private dwellings, a change of15.1% from its 2016 population of 126. With a land area of 1.5 km2 (0.58 sq mi), it had a population density of96.7/km2 (250.4/sq mi) in 2021.[1]
