Montserrat Tomé Vázquez (born 11 May 1982) is a Spanishfootball manager and formerfootballer who is the current manager of theSpain women's national football team.
She has also played forLevante andBarcelona inPrimera División, winning the championship with both teams.[1]
A formerU-19 Euro runner-up, Tomé was a member of thesenior national team during the2005 Euro qualifying.[2]
On 5 September 2023, following the announcement of the departure ofJorge Vilda, Tomé, who served as assistant coach under Vilda at the2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, was announced as the new head coach of theSpanish women's national team.[3][4]
